BNF offers a comprehensive breastfeeding support program to anyone living in Northern Berkshire County or delivering at North Adams Regional Hospital. They offer breastfeeding classes, hospital and home lactation consults, breastpump rental station, and a Breastfeeding Support Line which is available 7 days a week. All services are free of charge.

Healthy Families of Child Care of the Berkshires
Healthy Families is a service provided by Child Care of the Berkshires. It is a home-visiting program for first-time parents age 20 and under, funded by the Children's Trust Fund. Home visitors work with young parents to provide information on issues related to pregnancy, child development and parenting.

Elizabeth Freeman Center
The Elizabeth Freeman Center serves individuals (male and female) who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault and children who have witnessed violence in their home. They have a special program called Hand in Hand, which is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, which enables them to provide counseling services to the non-offending parent and the child(ren).
The Safeplan Program has people available in the courts to assist victims with filling out a request for a restraining order.

Provides free developmental screenings for children under 3; offers developmental play groups and family support, educational and therapeutic services for families with children under 3 years of age who are at risk or have developmental delays
