Dear Family Net Parents, Family Net is now required to have a registration form for all families who attend playgroups, special events, parent education events and/or families who receive our newsletter. If you are interested in receiving our newsletter or attending our events, please take a few moments to fill out this form and submit it through our website. However, you do not need to register before you attend a group, you may return the completed form to the Playgroup facilitator at that site.
